INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Plantaway Plain Mayo
- 1 tbsp Plantaway Butter
- 2 slice Plantaway Cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Pesto
- 10 no Arugula lettuce
- 8 no Tomato Slice
- 2 no Panini Bread
- 6 no Avocado Slice
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions for cooking:
- In a bowl add 2 tbsp of PLANTAWAY Mayo and 4 tbsp of Pesto mix well.
- Apply Plantaway Vegan butter on each side of the Focaccia/panini bread slices.
- Next, Pesto Mayo spread on one slice and add Arugula leaves, tomato slices, avocado slices.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Add Plantaway cheese to your sandwich. Sprinkle salt and pepper as per your taste and cover with another bread slice.
- Place it on a skillet or in a panini maker for grilling.
- Serve Hot with Plantaway chipotle Mayo dip.
