- 1 cup Plantaway Almond Mylk
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Agave Nector
- For Caramelized Apple: 1 cup Plantaway Butter, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 Nos Red Apple, 1 pinch Cinnamon
- For Garnish: 2 tbsp Caramalized Apple, 4 pieces Candied Walnut, 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Method
In a bowl mix chia seeds and PLANTAWAY Almond Mylk add agave nectar as per taste. (Can use any
low-calorie sugar)
Mix well and set it in a bowl. (Ideal: Soak it overnight in the fridge to form a soft and jelly-like
texture)
Remove from the fridge before serving, garnish with caramelized apples, candied Walnuts and
sprinkle brown sugar on top
Serve Cold
Caramelized Apple Method:
Do not peel the apples and then cut the apple into medium dice ½ inches.
Next, melt the PLANTAWAY Butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter melts, add the brown
sugar, followed by the apples. Cook and toss the apples a few times until they are nicely caramelized
on all sides.
• Note: You can also add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
