INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Plantaway Almond Mylk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Agave Nector
  • For Caramelized Apple: 1 cup Plantaway Butter, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 Nos Red Apple, 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • For Garnish: 2 tbsp Caramalized Apple, 4 pieces Candied Walnut, 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Preparation Time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Soaking time: 30 mins

Ingredient list

1 cup Plantaway Almond Mylk
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Agave Nector

Caramelized Apple
1 cup Plantaway Butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Nos Red Apple
1 pinch Cinnamon

Garnish
2 tbsp Caramalized Apple
4 pieces Candied Walnut
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Method

In a bowl mix chia seeds and PLANTAWAY Almond Mylk add agave nectar as per taste. (Can use any
low-calorie sugar)
Mix well and set it in a bowl. (Ideal: Soak it overnight in the fridge to form a soft and jelly-like
texture)
Remove from the fridge before serving, garnish with caramelized apples, candied Walnuts and
sprinkle brown sugar on top
Serve Cold

Caramelized Apple Method:

Do not peel the apples and then cut the apple into medium dice ½ inches.
Next, melt the PLANTAWAY Butter over medium-high heat. Once the butter melts, add the brown
sugar, followed by the apples. Cook and toss the apples a few times until they are nicely caramelized
on all sides.

• Note: You can also add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
