INGREDIENTS
- Plantaway Mutt’n keema 200 gms
- Plantaway Cheddar cheese 50 gms
- Coriander chopped 2 Tbsp
- Mint chopped 2 tbsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Paprika 1tsp
- Green chillies 1tsp
- Aromat ¼ tsp
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
- For croquettes: Cornflour slurry 1 cup, Panko crumb 2 cups

Cornflour slurry 1 cup
Panko crumb 2 cups
Method:
Grate the Plantaway Cheese in a mixing bowl.
Mix Plantaway Mutt'n keema cheddar cheese & all the Ingredients
To make Croquettes
Shape the mixture into little logs shape.
Dip in the slurry and coat with the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry croquettes in hot oil until nice golden brown.
Serve them with Plantaway Chipotle Mayo.
