Let’s make Plant-Powered Chick’n Sausage Tacos

Ingredients:

200g Plantaway Chick’n Seekh Kebab
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Crushed Red Peppers
1 tsp Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce

For Pico de Gallo
1 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Chopped Jalapeno
2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
2 tbsp Salt and Pepper to taste
5 qty Tortilla Wrap/ taco shell
50g Plantaway Cheddar cheese
1 cup Lettuce
1 cup Bell Peppers
1 qty Avocado
2 tbsp Coriander
2 tbsp Jalapeno
2 tbsp Plantaway Chipotle Mayo
5 wedges Lime

Method:

Heat oil in pan add chop onion garlic celery sauté.
Add the chili powder, Paprica, cumin, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper and stir
to combine.
Add the Plantaway Chick'n Kebab, Tomato paste/sauce and stir. Reduce the heat to
low and simmer. while you prepare the other ingredients
To make the pico de gallo, combine the other half of the diced onion with the tomato,
jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir it together and set it aside. 
In a pan add the grated Plantaway Cheddar cheese and cook until melt and add chili
flakes.
Meanwhile, heat the tortillas following packet directions.
Combine The lettuce, bell pepper, avocado and coriander in a bowl. Divide among
tortillas. Top with Plantaway Seekh Kebab mixture, jalapenos, drizzle Plantaway
Chipotle Mayo and remaining salsa. Serve with lime wedges.
