Quick and easy make at home Desi Hot Dog

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Plantaway Spread
(Plant-based Butter)
1 Plantaway Mutt’n/Chick’n
Seekh Kebab
2 tbsp Plantaway Spicy
Chipotle Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Plantaway Honey
Mustard Mayonnaise
1 Hot Dog Bread
1 tsp Caramalised Onions
1 tsp Peri Peri Powder
ACCOMPANIMENTS
Side Salad
French Fries

Method:

Heat a pan, add Plant-based Butter and then add defrosted Plantaway
Mutt’n/Chick’n Seekh Kebab onto the pan. Sear the Kebabs for 2-3 minutes on each
side. While turning the kebabs you will see each side changing the colour.
Slice the bread in the center. Spread Plantaway Spicy Chipotle Mayonnaise
in the center.
Put one hot Mutt’n/Chick’n Seekh Kebab in the center of the bread.
Apply Plantaway Spicy Chipotle and Honey Mustard Mayonnaise on top of the
Plantaway Mutt’n/Chick’n Seekh Kebab.
Sprinkle some Peri Peri Powder on top.
Serve hot with Side Salad and French Fries.
